Variety description

The plant forms a broad cone and is characterized by a slow growth rate, reaching about 1 m in height by 10 years of age, and 2 to 3 meters at maturity. The needle color is golden-yellow: new growth has an intense orange color, older scales are light yellow, and the inner part of the crown is light green. In the winter period, the needles can acquire a bronze hue.

The variety possesses winter hardiness (zone 5) and is resistant to diseases and sunburn. It tolerates sanitary and formative pruning well. It prefers moderately moist, fertile, and permeable garden soils. Used for creating hedges, group and solitary plantings in gardens, and urban landscaping.
