The tree reaches a height of 10–12 meters with a crown width of 4–5 meters. The crown shape remains slender and narrow without the need for regular pruning. In June-July, the tree blooms with fragrant creamy-white flowers.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness and good adaptation to urban conditions. It prefers sunny sites with fertile, fresh soil, and does not tolerate heavy clay or dry sandy soils well.
There are assumptions regarding the possible hybrid nature of this variety due to the peculiarities of leaf pubescence, however, this has not been genetically confirmed. The plant is also known under the trade name LINN®.
