Sacromonte belongs to the Miskawi type, with plant height at the flowering stage reaching up to 95 cm. The variety is known for its rapid early-stage growth and good regrowth capacity after mowing, which allows for up to 4–5 cuts per season under irrigation.

The plant possesses high resistance to diseases, pests, and stress factors, and also demonstrates tolerance to early mowing at the fourth internode stage. Compared to other varieties, it is characterized by a higher leaf-to-stem ratio, which improves forage quality.
