ActiveTrifolium hybridum L. · Alsike clover
ROSEFIELD FARM
10 August 2026
The variety belongs to the mid-early category in terms of the onset of spring growth and flowering. It tolerates moist conditions well and is less demanding of soil fertility than red clover; however, it possesses lower drought tolerance due to a shallow root system.
The plant is considered low-aggressiveness, which allows for its successful use in grass mixtures, particularly with timothy grass and meadow fescue. The yield is most productive in the first cut; the variety is suitable for the production of hay and silage, as well as for creating game pastures and undersowing in grain crops.
