The variety is an annual herbaceous plant with an intermediate bush type and pubescent stems of medium height. The leaves have an oval shape, green color, and pubescence. The inflorescence is a medium-length head of a purple-red shade; the seeds are small and yellow.
The plant belongs to the late-maturing group. It is characterized by drought tolerance, the ability to tolerate acidic soils well, and resistance to spring frosts and common diseases. When sown in spring without a cover crop, the variety provides one hay cut.
