The variety is intended for use as an annual winter forage crop and green manure. The plant is characterized by early maturity, early regrowth, and rapid development in the spring period. The flowering period occurs in March–May; the flowers have a purple-red hue.
Under favorable moisture conditions, the variety forms a dense stand and a significant volume of green mass. As a forage crop, mowing before the start of flowering is recommended, as the stems quickly coarsen during the flowering phase, which reduces their nutritional value. The variety is of limited suitability for hay production due to the difficulty of drying.
