The variety belongs to the group of late-maturing diploid clovers. In 1970s literature, its ability to resist stem nematodes was noted, while in several trials, the variety showed sensitivity to certain other pathogens.

The variety was used in agricultural practice for creating forage mixtures, in particular in combination with early-maturing tetraploid varieties to form a stand.
