The variety belongs to tetraploid (4n) forms of red clover and is considered within the framework of Scandinavian breeding. In scientific research, it is used as a reference or research sample in comparative trials of productivity and adaptability to the northern climate.

In comparative analyses of the nutritional value of forage crops, it was noted that this variety may differ in the concentration of structural carbohydrates in the leaf fraction compared to other species and varieties of clover.
