The variety is diploid (2n) and belongs to the mid-early group. It is characterized by high yield and good persistence, which makes it suitable for cultivation as part of clover-grass mixtures.

The plant is used in agricultural production as a forage crop for hay and silage production. The variety was studied in the context of resistance to viruses, in particular to bean yellow mosaic virus.
