The Milkanova variety belongs to diploid forms of white clover with medium-sized leaves. The plant has creeping stolon stems that root at the nodes, ensuring vegetative propagation.

The variety is intended for inclusion in long-term clover-grass mixtures. It demonstrates high dry matter yield and is better suited for rotational grazing or haymaking use.

The plant possesses tolerance to infestation by stem nematode and clover cyst nematode (Heterodera trifolii). The variety is characterized by a high protein content in the forage mass and is often used as a reference standard in comparative trials of white clover.
