Trifolium resupinatum L. Persian clover · Agricultural · bred by SEEDCO

also searched as: нитро плус

Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early-mid maturity, with flowering occurring on average 114 days after sowing. The plant reaches a height of 50–70 cm and has a prostrate to semi-erect growth habit, forming a basal rosette during the winter period.

The plant possesses resistance to clover scorch and root rot caused by Phytophthora, and also tolerates moderate waterlogging and soil salinity. Crude protein content is 16–21%.

Used as a forage crop and green manure for soil nitrogen enrichment. Due to a high proportion of hard seeds, the variety is capable of self-regeneration in grazing systems and is often used in mixtures with ryegrass or oats.
