Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the subspecies Trifolium resupinatum. The plant has a semi-erect growth type. It belongs to the mid-maturing group, while demonstrating earlier flowering compared to some other varieties, for example, «Maral».

The variety is resistant to clover burn, however, it shows sensitivity to leaf rust and can be affected by spider mites. The seeds are characterized by a low level of hardseededness, which ensures reliable germination.

The plant is well adapted to excessive moisture and moderate soil salinity. It is used as a forage crop for grazing, hay, and silage, regrows quickly after mowing, and is often used in mixtures with ryegrass.
