The plant has medium height and an awned ear. The grain is characterized by a red color, a thousand kernel weight of 34–38 g, and a test weight of 81–85 kg/hl. Grain hardness is medium, flour strength (W) is 350–400 with a P/L ratio of 0.9 to 1.2.
The variety possesses high resistance to cold, powdery mildew, and yellow rust. Resistance to lodging is high, resistance to Septoria and Fusarium is rated as high, and resistance to leaf rust is medium. It does not show tolerance to chlortoluron-based herbicides.
