The variety is mid-late and reaches a height of 98–102 cm. Lodging resistance is at an average level. The plant possesses good resistance to Fusarium head blight, powdery mildew on leaves and in the ear, as well as to yellow and brown rust.

The grain of the Alicia variety is large, possesses high test weight and high nitrogen content. The produce has excellent baking properties and is intended for food purposes. The variety is considered high-yielding and suitable for cultivation in all soil and climatic zones.
