Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to the spring soft wheat group and is the result of crossing the varieties «Palermo» and «Somoa». The plant has medium heading and maturity dates, and yield formation occurs primarily due to high stand density with a relatively low thousand kernel weight.

Regarding disease resistance, the variety demonstrates good resistance to Fusarium head blight. Resistance to powdery mildew is rated as medium or medium/low, and to brown rust, yellow rust, as well as Drechslera tritici-repentis — as medium. To Septoria leaf blotch, the variety shows low to medium resistance, and susceptibility to stem rust is also noted.

The variety is classified as a high-quality bread-making variety belonging to groups E or A.
