The variety is an awnless form of the lutescens botanical variety. The plant reaches a height of about 85 cm; the vegetation period is 260–275 days. The variety possesses complex winter hardiness and high lodging resistance.
The plant demonstrates high field tolerance to leaf rust and Septoria leaf blotch, and also contains the Sm1 gene, providing resistance to the Hessian fly. Product quality is characterized by high thousand kernel weight and good ear grain filling.
