The variety belongs to the erythrospermum botanical variety and is an awned form of wheat. In terms of maturity, it is classified as a mid-season variety.

The grain of the variety is characterized by good quality indicators, in particular, high protein and gluten content, as well as high thousand kernel weight and uniformity. In breeding research, the variety was used as genetic material for studying dwarfing genes.
