The variety was bred using genetic material (Biscay x Excellenz) x Drifter. It belongs to the winter soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) type.
In a number of studies conducted between 2013 and 2015, this variety was examined in the context of grain quality assessment, including for malting purposes. Detailed agronomic characteristics of the variety are not presented in open publications.
