The winter wheat variety «Ekolog» was developed by the Saatzucht Edelhof breeding center. It is included in the Austrian variety register and is intended for cultivation under corresponding agro-climatic conditions.
The variety is characterized by high grain quality and high baking value, which is confirmed by test results under organic farming conditions.
