The variety was created based on breeding material from the USA. The grain is characterized by an amylopectin content of about 100% with an amylose content of 0.68%. A characteristic feature is a very low falling number, which is about 60 seconds, and an increased water absorption capacity of the flour.
The average yield during trials was about 7.5 t/ha. The thousand kernel weight reaches 37 g, the test weight is 793 g/l. The variety has medium resistance to lodging and relatively low resistance to Fusarium head blight and leaf spot diseases.
