The variety belongs to the feed wheat group (Group 4 soft feed wheat) and has potential for export and milling use. Obtained as a result of crossing KWS Basset and an unknown parent line.
The plant is characterized by late maturity and good resistance to diseases, in particular yellow rust and orange wheat blossom midge. Straw strength is assessed as medium to good.
Grain quality is characterized by a specific weight of 79–82 kg/hl, a falling number of 290–300 s, and an average protein content of 11–12%.
