Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a winter wheat registered as a conservation variety. The history of its creation is linked to breeding work in Germany, where it is also known under the name Hermes.

The plant possesses a certain tolerance to common bunt and dwarf bunt. The variety does not have complete genetic uniformity, as it was developed using mass and individual selection methods; under a number of conditions, it can be grown without the use of seed treatments.

The quality characteristics of the variety are linked to its origin from the variety Probus, known for its baking qualities.
