The Hildur variety is a winter form of soft wheat, bred in Sweden. In breeding documentation, the variety is linked to the genetic material of Banco and the line Sv 60504/Starke.

It was characterized by improved grain quality compared to the Holme variety, however, it did not possess a significant advantage in yield level. The period of active use of the variety fell between the 1970s and the beginning of the 1990s.
