The variety was developed by hybridization and triple selection. The plant reaches a height of 64 to 90 cm and possesses high resistance to lodging and grain shattering.

The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew and field resistance to yellow rust. Moderately susceptible to leaf rust, susceptible to stem rust, septoria, and fusarium head blight.

The wheat is intended for cultivation in the Central Black Earth, North Caucasian, Lower Volga, and Middle Volga regions. Recommended for medium and high agricultural background; sowing after grain maize is prohibited.
