The variety was created by the method of individual selection from a hybrid population involving lines Erythrospermum 52422, Erythrospermum 10071, and the variety Gamma. Plant height ranges from 77 to 105 cm; the variety is capable of forming a powerful root system.
The plant possesses high resistance to leaf rust, Septoria leaf blotch, Fusarium head blight, powdery mildew, and root rots, as well as resistance to grain shedding and sprouting in the ear. Moderately resistant to common bunt.
The grain belongs to the group of valuable wheats. The crude protein content is 14.0–15.3%, crude gluten is 26.2–28.6%, and thousand kernel weight is 44–49 g. The variety is suitable for intensive and semi-intensive cultivation technologies in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe zones.
