The variety is a representative of the steppe ecotype and has a short stem 93–100 cm in height. The vegetation period is 280–285 days. Plants demonstrate a high response to increased agro-background levels and a genetic yield potential of more than 10.0 t/ha.

The variety is distinguished by high drought and heat resistance, as well as above-average winter hardiness. It is resistant to shedding and powdery mildew, and shows tolerance to infection by other fungal diseases. The grain belongs to the strong wheat category.
