Variety description

The coleoptile of the variety is characterized by absent or very weak anthocyanin coloration, and the growth habit is semi-erect. The flag leaf exhibits weak anthocyanin coloration of the auricles and a very strong waxy bloom on the leaf sheath; the number of plants with recurved flag leaves is low.

The ear is pyramidal in shape, medium in density, medium in length, and white or straw-yellow in color with a very strong waxy bloom. The lower glumes have teeth, and the tip features short teeth or awns. The shoulder of the lower glume is straight and broad, and the beak is short.

The straw is characterized by a very strong waxy bloom on the top internode, a weakly pithy cross-section between the base of the ear and the nearest node, and moderate hairiness of the convex surface of the top node.
