The German winter soft wheat variety Miras is mentioned in European variety registers of the late 1990s, however, detailed morphological and agronomic traits of this variety are not disclosed in open publications.

The Kazakh spring variety Miras belongs to the Erythrospermum type. It is a mid-early variety with a growing period of about 80 days, featuring a semi-erect bush and a thickened culm 86–89 cm tall. The leaves are glaucous green with a waxy bloom, the spike is white, awned, with awns reaching 8–9 cm in length.

The variety possesses resistance to lodging, shattering, and infection by brown, stem, and yellow rusts. It belongs to the category of valuable wheats, the thousand kernel weight is 36.6 g.
