The variety is a breeding development of the K. Malkov Institute of Genetic Resources and is actively used in programs for the creation of new varieties. During scientific research conducted in 2019–2021, the genotype demonstrated resistance to changes in environmental conditions.
In scientific literature, the variety is considered as part of research groups of breeding material. The institute's studies cover such indicators as plant height, ear length, thousand kernel weight, drought tolerance and resistance to diseases, including leaf rust, yellow rust, stem rust, septoria blotch and powdery mildew.
