The variety is the result of breeding work conducted in Czechoslovakia with the participation of scientific institutes in Prague-Ruzyně and Kroměříž. Due to the fact that the variety was registered in 1980, detailed modern morphological descriptions, including plant height and lodging resistance indices, are absent from open databases.
The variety was used in research on grain quality and protein content in comparison with other Czech varieties. In a later period, the variety was mentioned in the context of phytosanitary monitoring of crops, in particular during the study of susceptibility to smut diseases, and also as an object for studying resistance to stress factors.
