The variety belongs to winter soft wheat. Its genotype contains the Pch1 gene, which provides resistance to eyespot and was derived from the genetic material of Aegilops ventricosa.
During field trials, the variety showed sensitivity to fungal diseases, in particular to Fusarium head blight and leaf rust. Despite this, the variety demonstrates the ability to produce above-average yields in experimental plots.
