The variety is a winter form of wheat with brown awned ears. It is intended for cultivation under organic farming conditions on soils with an average fertility level.
The plant possesses good winter hardiness. The variety shows resistance to common bunt and loose smut (resistance gene Bt7), however, in a number of field trials, its susceptibility to yellow rust was noted.
The recommended seeding rate is 350–400 germinating seeds per square meter, while specific rate indicators may be adapted depending on the conditions of a particular farm.
