The variety belongs to the semi-intensive type of cultivation. Genetically, the variety does not carry the Rht-B1b or Rht-B1e semi-dwarfing genes, possessing the Rht-B1a allele; the number of internodes is 4.7.
The plant is well adapted to the conditions of the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine and demonstrates yield stability under different sowing dates. The variety is susceptible to pests, in particular Eurygaster integriceps, as well as fungal pathogens of the genera Fusarium, Alternaria, Helminthosporium.
