The winter soft wheat variety Urbanus, during field trials in 2014–2016, showed varying productivity, depending on regional soil and climatic conditions. In a number of cases, the variety demonstrated high performance, while in others it was inferior to the compared samples.
According to the results of the 2015 studies, the gluten content in the grain of this variety was 25%, which corresponds to the established standards.
