The variety is a product of INRA breeding; its genetic formula is a combination of (VM-713 x CF-1851) x (CF-1616 x C-103). The variety belongs to winter soft wheats and is classified as a modern pure line.
The product is characterized by good baking indices, which allowed its use in variety blends to improve quality and crop stability. The variety possesses resistance to a number of diseases, including yellow rust, and was used in experiments on Septoria control.
