The spring soft wheat variety Voore possesses good baking characteristics, which is confirmed by the presence of specific alleles, such as Glu-D1a. The crop demonstrates a consistently high grain protein content and maintains productivity when using increased doses of nitrogen fertilizers.

This variety is a food crop and is intended for cultivation in the conditions of the Northern and Baltic regions. Grain of the Voore variety is suitable for use in the baking industry.
