Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 90–100 cm. The spike is glabrous, awned, red, prismatic in shape, and 8–9 cm long. The awns are rigid, serrated, and light red. The grain is large, amber-colored, with a thousand kernel weight of 48–55 g.

The variety possesses above-average winter hardiness and high drought tolerance. It is highly resistant to smut diseases and Septoria, also exhibits resistance to rust and powdery mildew, and is moderately susceptible to Fusarium.

The grain is characterized by good technological qualities for pasta and cereal production, with a gluten content of more than 30%.
