The Zoi variety is promising for use in organic farming. In comparative studies of wheat genotype adaptability, it was noted as one of the most productive and stable varieties for low-productivity environments, unlike varieties oriented toward intensive cultivation.

Detailed morphological traits, such as plant height or ear type, as well as quantitative grain quality indicators and data on resistance to specific pathogens, are absent in open publications.
