The variety was obtained by crossing Cando and Edmore varieties and selected as a line from the F5 generation. The plant is classified as semi-dwarf.

The variety has moderate resistance to stem rust and is characterized by very high straw strength, which ensures lodging resistance. The grain is distinguished by strong gluten indicators.

The main purpose of the variety is the production of semolina for the pasta industry. The variety has also been used as a parental form in the breeding of new varieties.
