The Manital variety is a soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and is widely used in scientific publications as a control sample in the study of flour quality and endosperm characteristics. Detailed morphological plant descriptions, such as height or maturity group, are not provided in open sources.

The grain of the variety is characterized by high baking properties, including increased W index values on a Chopin alveograph. Studies of endosperm cell wall composition revealed the presence of highly substituted arabinoxylans, and the effect of nitrogen nutrition conditions on crop quality indicators has also been studied.
