Variety description

The variety belongs to the Darwin Hybrid group. The flowers are large, reaching 12–15 cm in diameter, and have a goblet or cup shape. The petal color is bright orange, sometimes with a reddish hue and a thin yellow border along the edges; the base of the flower can also be yellow.

The plant height varies from 40 to 70 cm. It belongs to mid-season flowering varieties, with the flowering period occurring in April. The variety has sturdy stems that are resistant to adverse weather conditions, such as wind and rain. Information regarding the fragrance is contradictory: some publications mention a sweet intense scent, while others mention its absence.

The variety is the result of crossing varieties from the Fosteriana class and the Single Late group. It is used primarily for landscaping plots, creating borders and mass plantings, as well as a professional cut flower crop.
