The variety is a hybrid of highbush and lowbush blueberry and belongs to the group of half-high varieties. Mature bushes reach a height of 50 to 100 cm, have a compact and densely branched form with strong, upright shoots.

The variety is of mid-early maturity; fruits usually ripen from mid-July to August. The berries are of medium size with a weight of 1–1.6 g, colored light or dark blue, covered with a waxy bloom, and possess a sweet aroma.

The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness, is able to withstand temperatures down to -35...-40 °C, and also possesses resistance to diseases and pests. The yield is up to 2 kg per bush.

Data on the self-fertility of the variety varies in different sources; therefore, to increase yield and improve fruit quality, cross-pollination with other blueberry varieties is recommended.
