The variety is the result of a breeding program aimed at creating grapes with increased resistance to diseases for environmentally oriented viticulture. It is part of the Iasma Eco group of varieties and is characterized by high tolerance to Botrytis cinerea.
The grapes are intended for the production of white wines, including late-harvest wines, for which overripening on the vine or withering in special rooms is permitted. The variety's production possesses a complex aromatic profile.
