The plant possesses a developed root system, high early vigor, and good grain moisture dry-down during maturation, and is also capable of tolerating low temperatures. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to lodging, Helminthosporium leaf blight, smut, and Fusarium.
Agronomic practices suggest a plant density at harvest of 70–80 thousand plants per hectare under sufficient moisture and 60–70 thousand plants per hectare under conditions of insufficient moisture.
