Cotton Tolerance

Cotton tolerance is defined as the ability of genotypes to withstand abiotic stresses, such as drought, salinity, and high temperatures, while maintaining yield stability and fiber quality.

To assess cotton tolerance, methods of analyzing morphophysiological responses in comparison with control varieties are employed.
