Variety description

The plant has a strictly vertical growth habit with a crown width of about 1–1.8 meters. The height of an adult tree reaches 3–6 meters in 10–20 years. Leaves are palmate, 5–7-lobed, with a bright green spring color, turning dark green in summer and orange-red in autumn.
The variety is characterized as fast-growing for Japanese maples. It possesses good heat and sun tolerance; winter hardiness is estimated at -22...-25 °C. Small reddish flowers appear in April-May. It is used in landscape design for creating vertical accents, alley plantings, and container cultivation.
