The bulbs have a flat shape, slightly concave at the top. The flesh is white-cream in color. The weight of individual fruits reaches 1–1.5 kg.
The variety has a pronounced sweet taste and is used raw, for baking, caramelizing, and preparing marinades. Under proper storage conditions in a dry, cool place, the fruits keep for a long time.
Sowing for seedlings is traditionally carried out in mid-August, with planting in the open field performed after 60 days. The plant requires abundant watering and the application of mature manure as fertilizer. Harvesting takes place in July.
