The bulbs have a strongly flattened disc shape and a weight of 60–90 g. The outer dry scales are golden-brown or reddish-brown in color, while the inner succulent scales are white-pink. The variety is single-centered.
The plant belongs to mid-early varieties. The taste is semi-sharp, characterized by softness and sweetness, especially after culinary processing. A high-yielding variety suitable for fresh consumption, salads, roasting and caramelizing, as well as for harvesting as green onions.
