The Quest variety, also known as PS760, is intended for both the fresh market and industrial processing. The plant forms large, globe-shaped bulbs with high-quality ring structure.

The variety belongs to the main season maturity group and possesses resistance to pink root rot caused by Phoma terrestris. Studies have noted the ability of this hybrid to show high marketable yield in the Jumbo category with a bulb diameter of 3–4 inches.
