The plant reaches a height of 30 to 50 cm, and in some conditions can grow up to 1 meter. The false stem has a cylindrical shape, with a length of 10–25 cm and a diameter from 3–4 to 5–8 cm. The leaves are broad, dark green or grayish-green in color, forming a fan-shaped rosette.
The variety is classified as late-maturing: the growing season lasts from 125 to 175 days. The produce has a delicate texture and a mild taste. The plant is characterized by high adaptability to growing conditions and disease resistance.
